For orders outside France, the import taxes or customs duties that apply in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Free delivery

Delivery is free for all orders from 100 € of purchase in Metropolitan France.

Delivery is free for all orders from 150 € of purchase in Europe.

Delivery to the store is free.

Order processing

All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Any order placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Any order placed after 8 pm or on a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed and validated, you will automatically receive an order confirmation e-mail, summarising the contents of your order.

If you do not receive an order confirmation e-mail, please contact us by e-mail or telephone.

All orders are subject to our prior acceptance and are only definitively confirmed after the customer has received an e-mail confirming the dispatch of the product(s).

Delivery tracking and billing

As soon as the order is handed over to the carrier, an e-mail confirming shipment will be sent to you with the invoice corresponding to the purchase, and the tracking number of the package.

The invoice is sent with the package.

You can find the invoice in your customer area in the “Orders” section by going to “My Account” at the top of the page.

Change of address

You can create two addresses on your account, one address for delivery and one address for invoicing.

When you place your order, or at any time by entering your customer area in the “Addresses” section by going to “My Account” at the top of the page, you can modify them.

On the other hand, once the order has been paid for, you will no longer be able to modify the delivery address for this order.

Type and time of delivery

France

Deliveries are provided through the services of Colissimo from La Poste France in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco.

Your package is hand-delivered to you against signature or delivered to your mailbox.

The indicative delivery time is 48h (working days) and is subject to deposit limit times.

International

For orders outside of France, deliveries are provided by Colissimo international from La Poste France.

Your package is hand-delivered against signature.

The indicative delivery time is 3 to 8 working days depending on the geographical area.

Absence at the time of delivery

France

In case of absence or if the size of the package does not allow it to be delivered to a mailbox, it will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached. A delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and the package can be collected on presentation of a valid ID.

As soon as your package arrives at the post office, you will have 10 working days to collect it. After this period, the package will be returned to us.

If you have not picked up your package within 6 days at the post office, you will be informed by e-mail.

International

In case of absence or if the size of the package does not allow it to be delivered to a mailbox, it will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached. A delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and the package can be collected on presentation of a valid ID..

As soon as the package arrives at the post office, you have 15 consecutive days from the day after the delivery notice is left to collect it. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us.

Late delivery

If a problem occurs on our part between the time of receipt of the order confirmation e-mail and the time of receipt of the e-mail confirming the dispatch of the order, which would result in a delay in delivery, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the situation. Either you will be offered an extension or you will be able to cancel the order.

If the delay in delivery is caused by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible.

Returned package

If the parcel is returned to us because you have not picked it up within 10 or 15 days from the day following the date of deposit of the delivery notice, or because the delivery address you have given us is incorrect, the costs of resending the package will be borne by you.

You can also request a refund. In this case, please contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone. In the case of a refund, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Free Returns

Returns are offered in metropolitan France up to the cost of delivery.

Returns are free in-store.

Return and exchange conditions

The clothes must be returned in perfect resale condition, in their original packaging, and with their labels. They must therefore not have been worn, washed, perfumed, ironed or damaged.

Time limit for a return

You have the right of withdrawal without penalty upon receipt of your order. You must imperatively notify us by e-mail and return the package within 15 days from the day of receipt of the order. If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday or day off, it is extended until the first following working day.

After this period, no claim will be accepted, the products will then be deemed to be in conformity and the sale will be final.

Return and refund procedure

Return and refund procedure :

  1. Make the request to the email address info@bombondealgodon.com indicating the reason for the return. Don’t forget to include the invoice for the purchase as an attachment.
    You can find the invoice in your customer area in the “Orders” section by going to “My Account” at the top of the page.
  2. You will receive an e-mail from us confirming the return request.
  3. Prepare the package in compliance with the return and exchange conditions.
  4. Send the package to the following address :

  5. Once we receive the package, you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation of the order.

Repayment period

Once the package has been received, the refund request will be processed within 48 hours of the cancellation confirmed by e-mail.

Your bank account will be re-credited within 5 to 10 days if you have used the Stripe payment platform.

If you used your Paypal account to make the payment, a refund to a bank card may take up to 30 working days, depending on the card issuer.

Refund amount

In the case of a return to metropolitan France, you will be reimbursed for the totality of the order including: the price of the product(s), the delivery costs and the return costs up to the cost of delivery.

In the case of a return outside France, the return costs will not be refunded, nor will the taxes and customs duties paid on delivery. Only the price of the product(s) and the delivery costs will be refunded to you.

In the case of a return in metropolitan France and outside France, if the order contains several items and you wish to return only part of them, the delivery costs will not be refunded whatever the geographical area.
Only the price of the product(s) and the return costs up to the cost of delivery in metropolitan France will be refunded.

In the case of a cancellation due to a delay in delivery on our part, you will be refunded: the price of the product(s) and the delivery costs.

In the case of a refund request for a package returned to us by the post office, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Only the price of the product(s) will be refunded.

In the case of a return due to damage during transport, you will be refunded: the price of the product(s), the delivery costs, and the return costs up to the cost of delivery in metropolitan France.

In the case of a loss during transport, you will be reimbursed the price of the product(s) and the delivery costs.

In the case of a return concerning a purchase during an exclusive private sale on the online sales site, or a purchase of a product on sale, you will be refunded the price of the product(s) and the delivery costs. The return costs will be at your expense.

Damage or loss during transport

In the event of damage during transport or loss by the carrier, the refund procedure is respected, considering that you are exempt from any liability.

Fast in-store delivery

The processing of the order and the delivery in the store is done within 24 to 72 hours after receiving the order confirmation by e-mail.

As soon as the order is ready to be picked up, an e-mail confirming the availability of the order in the shop will be sent to you with the invoice corresponding to the purchase.

To collect his order, you must present yourself during the opening hours of the store by providing an identity document as well as the email confirming the availability of his order in the store.

The email of in-shop availability can be presented on paper or electronic support (tablet, smartphone, or other).

Quick return to store

Any return to the store must first be reported to us at info@bombondealgodon.com, specifying the reason for the return.

You may return the package within 15 days from the day of receipt of the order, in accordance with the return and exchange conditions, accompanied by the invoice corresponding to your purchase, on paper or electronic media (tablet, smartphone, or other).

No complaints are accepted at the store.

For the moment we are not able to offer you the possibility of exchanging a product or products by post.

If you wish to exchange one or more products, you must follow the procedure for returning and refunding the product(s) purchased, and recommend the desired product(s).

You will have to take into account the availability of the product.

Private sales and sales are exclusive to the online sales site.

In the case of a return concerning a purchase at an exclusive private sale of the online sales site, or a purchase of a product that has been sold off, you will be reimbursed for the totality of the order including: the price of the product(s) and the delivery costs.  The costs of return are at your expense.
For a return outside metropolitan France, taxes and customs duties paid upon delivery are not refunded.

Payment is made in its entirety once you place the order.

Service providers

Paypal and Stripe are the payment systems proposed on the site. The transactions carried out on the site are secured by these technical service providers.

You can pay with your credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account.
